The possession of control or command over others; authority; ascendancy: power over men's minds.

  The Mooche beleives that Power comes from your ability to know and understand; therefore the media is an instrument of power. The internet is a godsend to many in that it takes us back to the original intent of the founding fathers vision of information and news not controlled or restricted by government censorship for political or ideological reasons.
  Power is dynamic in nature, so those who have it can lose it and those without it can obtain it. Your ability to analyze and understand is the foundation for power. The Mooche tries to help lay that foundation in the     selection of material it presents on this site.
